Significant shareholdings

TMT Investments has been informed that on 29 December 2015, Advance Consulting Services Ltd ("Advance"), a company owned by Artyom Inyutin, TMT's Head of Investments, has transferred for nil consideration 2,674,490 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("TMT Shares") to Artyom Inyutin, 727,156 TMT Shares to his adult daughter Natalia Inyutina, and 666,106 TMT Shares to Alexander Morgulchik.  Following these transfers, Advance no longer holds any TMT Shares.

The Company has also been notified that on 29 December 2015, MacMillan Trading, a company owned by the Company's senior managers German Kaplun and Alexander Morgulchik ("MacMillan"), has transferred for nil consideration 553,874 TMT Shares to German Kaplun, 727,156 TMT Shares to Nelli Morgulchik, the adult daughter of Alexander Morgulchik, and 363,578 TMT Shares to each of Vlada Kaplun and Marina Kedrova, the adult daughters of German Kaplun.

Following these transfers, the senior managers' interest in the Company is as follows:

Following the transfers, each of Artyom Inyutin, German Kaplun and Alexander Morgulchik (together with their respective immediate families) now own 3,401,646 TMT Shares, representing 12.26% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, and collectively they own 10,204,938 TMT Shares (representing 36.78% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital), which is unchanged from the date preceding the relevant share transfers.
