Significant shareholdings

The Company has today been notified that on 29 June 2016, Alexander Morgulchik and his adult daughter Nelli Morgulchik transferred for nil consideration 2,674,490 and 727,156 TMT shares respectively to MacMillan Trading ("MacMillan"), a company now 100% owned by Nelli Morgulchik.  Following these transfers, Alexander Morgulchik no longer owns any shares in the Company, and MacMillan owns 3,401,646 TMT Shares representing 12.26% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
