TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, announces that it was yesterday notified that Mr. Zaur Ganiev is interested in 2,453,152 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.84% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.  The Company was also yesterday notified that Spotlight Global Corp no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's ordinary shares.
