Policy re announcement of small investments

TMT, which invests in high-growth, internet-based companies across a variety of sectors, is changing its policy for the announcement of small investments in the future.

According to its investment policy, TMT focuses on investments of at least US$250,000.  However, the Company may occasionally invest less than this where it sees potential.  Given the number of investments which TMT has now made in its normal size range, TMT has decided that in future it will not announce investments of under US$150,000, being less than 0.5% of TMT's unaudited net assets as at 30 June 2013.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will be updating its portfolio on its website with every new investment, and will continue to provide full details of its portfolio in its Annual Report and Accounts.
