Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified today that Matthew Williams, CEO of Topps Tiles plc, acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in Topps Tiles Plc ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 127.05p pence per Ordinary Share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Matthew Williams will now hold 1,715,585 Ordinary Shares representing 0.89% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result the combined holding of Matthew Williams and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams and a connected person, is 1,748,585 Ordinary Shares representing 0.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
