Tortilla Mexican Grill PLC announces that it has been notified that Andy Naylor, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, on 7 October 2022 purchased 2,848 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 104.90 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Andy Naylor is beneficially interested in 142,565 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
