AIM Disclosure Update
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 7 December 2015, the Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, has been informed by Michael Rogers, a non-executive director of the Company, of the following changes to his director details:
Mr Rogers was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nutri/System (United Kingdom) Limited on 24 February 1992. This company entered into a creditor's voluntary liquidation on 12 January 1994 whilst Mr Rogers was a director. The liquidator's receipt and payments accounts were approved in a general meeting of the company on 2 December 1998, completing the process with a final outstanding amount to creditors of £8,360,262.
This announcement is being released in accordance with AIM Rule 17.
