Totally Plc ('Totally or 'the Company')
Cancellation and re-convening of Annual General Meeting
Late yesterday afternoon the Company's solicitors became aware that under the
Company's Articles of Association, it is required to give an unusually long
notice period when convening an Annual General Meeting, and notified the
Directors accordingly.
As a result, the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 12th March, 2001
included the normal notice period, but this was insufficient in the
circumstances. Accordingly, the meeting scheduled to be held today will not
take place and instead will be convened for a later date by a fresh notice of
meeting, on 20 clear business days' notice. Notice will be circulated
shortly to shareholders.
A further announcement will follow as soon as practicable.
