Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector in the UK, announces that Michael Steel (Executive Director) is stepping down from the Board of Totally and will leave the Group with effect from 10 July 2020, providing an orderly handover of all responsibilities to existing members of the team at Totally.

Michael was the co-founder of Greenbrook Healthcare and joined the Board of Totally on completion of the Company's acquisition of Greenbrook Healthcare in June 2019 and has recently accepted a new full-time role as CEO of Whatever It Takes, a start-up charity that will be supporting vulnerable young people.

Wendy Lawrence, CEO of Totally plc, said: "On behalf of the Board I wish to record our thanks to Michael for his commitment shown to the Group since joining in June 2019. He has supported the successful integration of Greenbrook Healthcare into the Urgent Care Division at Totally over the past 12 months and was a key part in the acquisition being successful in 2019. We wish Michael every success in his new role and his long-term ambition of a career in the charitable sector."
