Acquisition of London Jewish News Limited ('LJN') and Sojewish.co.uk Limited
('SJL')
Deferral of completion date
The Directors of Totally announce that due to the need for enabling
resolutions to be validly passed by the shareholders of New Moon Publications
PLC ('New Moon'), the vendor of LJN and 71 per cent of SJL, New Moon's EGM has
had to be deferred until 24th November, 2000. Accordingly, completion by
Totally of the acquisitions of LJN and SJL is now scheduled to take place on
that date and dealings in the new Totally ordinary shares to be issued as
consideration for the acquisitions are expected to commence on 27th November,
2000.
