                                Issue of Equity

Tottenham Hotspur plc ('Tottenham Hotspur' or 'the Company', ticker AIM: TTNM)
announces that pursuant to Conversion Notices received under the terms of the
Offer 288 Preference Shares have been converted, at a rate of 1,562 Ordinary
Shares per Preference Share, into 449,856 Ordinary Shares, and pursuant to
Redemption Notices received under the terms of the Offer 4 Preference Shares
have been redeemed.

The Company has applied for 449,856 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 29 August 2007.

                           
                               Total Voting Rights

Tottenham Hotspur plc ('Tottenham Hotspur' or 'the Company', ticker AIM: TTNM)
announces that, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's
total issued share capital at 29 August 2007 is 93,067,975 Ordinary Shares of 5
pence each ('Ordinary Shares') and 58,508 Preference Shares of 78.10 pence each
('Preference Shares'). Accordingly the total number of voting rights in respect
of Ordinary Shares which are admitted to trading on AIM is 93,067,975. There are
no voting rights attached to the Preference Shares.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
