Shareholding in Company

On 12 November 2013, Tower Resources plc (the "Company" or "Tower" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), received notification from Morgan Stanley on behalf of Lansdowne Partners, that following an increase in the issued share capital of the company on 8 October 2013, as a result of the acquisition of Wilton Petroleum, their interest in the company reduced from 10.0% to 9.71%.

This interest represents 256,217,149 Ordinary Shares and remains unchanged.
