Publication of Form 8-K - Toyota Motor Credit Corporation
Toyota Motor Credit Corporation ("TMCC") has published its Current Report on Form 8-K ("Form 8-K") which it had filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 2 April 2024, announcing that on 1 April 2024, TMCC, as borrower, entered into a revolving credit agreement (the "Intercompany Credit Agreement") with Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A, Inc., a California corporation ("TMS"), as lender, providing for a revolving credit facility with aggregate lending commitments of up to $5,000,000,000. Commitments under the Intercompany Credit Agreement will be available until the period ending 31 March 2027. The Intercompany Credit Agreement may be used for general corporate purposes and was not drawn upon as of the date of the Form 8-K filing.

The Intercompany Credit Agreement replaces the Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of 1 April 2023, between TMCC and TMS, which was terminated on 1 April 2024.
