Compliance with the Model Code

In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1R, TR Property Investment Trust plc today announces that all inside information which the Directors and the Company had in periods leading up to an announcement of results has previously been notified to a RIS. Accordingly the Company need not comply with the close period provisions of the Model Code in relation to the Company's Ordinary Shares during the period to the announcement of the half-yearly results.

The close period commenced on 1 October 2014 and is expected to end with the publication of the half-yearly figures on 26 November 2014.
