Correction of 2020 AGM Voting Record Date

TR Property Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces the following correction to the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("2020 AGM Notice") set out in the Company's Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 (the "2020 Annual Report").

Note 2 to the 2020 AGM Notice, set out on page 102 of the 2020 Annual Report, contained an incorrect record date by which a person must have their name entered on the Register of Members   in order to be able to vote at the 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "2020 AGM Record Date"). The correct 2020 AGM Record Date is 2.30 pm on 24 July 2020 (not 2.30 pm on 14 July 2020 as originally published).

This does not affect the legal validity of the 2020 AGM Notice and there are no other changes to the 2020 Annual Report . A version of the 2020 Annual Report reflecting this correction will shortly be made available on the Company's website at www.trproperty.com and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
