The  Board  of the Company confirms that the Company has 214,375,190 ordinary shares of 1p each  ("Ordinary
Shares")  in  issue, with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right. The above figure  may  be  used  by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are  required  to
notify  their  interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company. The Company's total issued  share
capital is GBP 2,143,751.90.
