Notice of results
The Board of Trio will be announcing the results for the financial year ended 30
September 2002 on Monday 2 December 2002.
Board changes
The Board of Trio Holdings PLC ('Trio') are pleased to announce the appointment
of Mr Tony Stradmoor as a non-executive Director. Mr Stradmoor is an executive
director of Nittan Capital Group Limited of Tokyo ('Nittan'), whose wholly owned
subsidiary, Nittan Capital Holding Company Limited is the beneficial owner of
29.9% of the issued share capital of Trio. Mr Stradmoor is well known to Trio
and prior to joining Nittan was managing director of Trio's subsidiary Martin
Brokers (Japan) Limited.
Following the sale by Nittan of its interdealer broking interests in south and
eastern Asia, Mr Denis Cheung has resigned from the Board. The directors wish to
thank Mr Cheung for his considerable contribution to the group during his time
as director.
