Award of options

Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider, announces that the Company granted on 24 July 2020 a total of 1,100,000 ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain directors and employees of the Company under its existing share option plan.   This is a routine grant to new and existing employees as part of the Company's compensation policy.  The Options granted to the Directors have an exercise price of 32.5p per Ordinary Share, vest on 24 July 2023 and may only be exercised if the mid-market share price is 50 pence of more at the time of exercise.  The Options granted to other employees have an exercise price of 20.0p (being the mid-market closing price of an Ordinary Share on 24 July 2020) and vest on 24 July 2023. 

The Company's share option plan allows for the issue of up to 12% of the issued share capital by way of options and following this grant a total of 8.2% of the Company's issued share capital will have been granted as options.
