Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, was notified on 25 February 2013 that, following the purchase on 25 February 2013 of 23,560 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") (representing 0.12% of Shares in issue), at a price of 15 pence per share, the following Director of the Company is now beneficially interested in Shares as set out below:
