Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data insight provider, was informed on 10 March 2017 that Edric Property & Investment Company and its related parties were beneficially interested in 3,530,308 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, representing approximately 9.89% of the voting rights of the Company.
