Notice of AGM, Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Capital Markets Day

Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer, developer and manufacturer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, announces that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are also available online at the Company's website www.trakm8.com/investors.

The Company's AGM will be held on Thursday 4th September 2014 at 10.00 a.m. at Trakm8's recently acquired manufacturing facility Box Telematics Ltd, Roman Park, Roman Way, Coleshill, West Midlands B46 1HG.

Capital Markets Day

Following the AGM the Group will hold a Capital Markets Day presentation for analysts and investors commencing at 10.30 at the same location. Those intending to attend the Capital Markets Day are invited to preregister via email to MHP Communications using [e-mail].
