Re: Novation of Administration Agreement

The Directors of Equest Investments Balkans Limited (the 'Company') announce that, as a result of the acquisition by CACEIS SAS ('CACEIS') of all of the assets of Olympia Capital Group in November 2007 and subsequent restructuring, Olympia Capital (Ireland) Limited ('Olympia') is retiring as administrator of the Company with effect from 30 May 2008 and will be replaced by CACEIS' Irish entity - Fastnet Ireland Limited ('Fastnet'). 

The existing administration agreement between Olympia and the Company dated 20 February 2004 (as amended on 11 December 2006) will be novated to Fastnet and Fastnet will assume the rights and obligations of Olympia as the Company's administrator, transfer agent, registrar and provider of company secretarial services with effect from midnight on 30 May 2008.
