The Board of Directors of Equest Investments Balkans Limited (the 'Company')
announces that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') due to take place at 10 a.m.
British Virgin Islands time / 3 p.m. UK time on 1 August 2007 was not quorate.
The AGM has therefore been adjourned in accordance with the Company's Articles
of Association until 10 a.m. British Virgin Islands time / 3 p.m. UK time on
Wednesday, 15 August 2007.
