On 4 August 2000, TBI announced that it had received an unsolicited approach
from a third party which was very preliminary in its nature.  At the time of
the interim results on 20 November 2000 it was announced that although
discussions with that particular party had been terminated, the Company was
continuing discussions with other parties which were also preliminary in
nature.  Despite lengthy discussions with interested parties, the board of TBI
wishes to advise shareholders that all discussions with interested parties
have now been terminated.

As announced at the Company's interim results, the number of passengers
travelling by air is predicted to increase and acquisition activity in the
sector has revived.  The board of TBI believes the Company is in a good
position to benefit from the increasing demand for air travel and can take
advantage of the opportunities available to it.
