The Net Asset Value ('NAV') per Ordinary Share as at 30 September 2007 was EUR
21.07.   This is marginally below the reported NAV as at 30 June 2007. As no
independent valuation was undertaken at the end of the third quarter the result
essentially reflects costs incurred during the period.
