FURTHER RE TECHNOMARKETDOMO DEBT FACILITIES

Further to the announcement on 16 July 2009 in respect of refinancing of TechnomarketDomo NV ('TMD') debt facilities with Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG ('RZB'), EIB today confirms that Citibank has issued the bank guarantee for €20.0 million in favour of RZB (the 'Citibank Guarantee'). The arrangements backing the Citibank Guarantee are as set out in the Company's announcement of 16 July 2009.
