                                            Re: Transparency Rule 13.1

The directors wish to announce the following in compliance with Transparency
Rule 13.1:

The ordinary shares of the Company are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and
the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Each ordinary share confers upon the shareholder the right to one vote at a
meeting of the shareholders or on any resolution of shareholders.  As at 30 June
2007, the Company has 17,324,350 ordinary shares in issue.

In addition, as at 30 June 2007, the Company does hot hold any treasury shares.
