Transense Technologies plc - Bonus Issue
Transense Technologies plc ('the Company') announces today that the Bonus
Issue approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of the
Company held on 27 September 2001 ('the EGM') was successfully completed.
Pursuant to the Bonus Issue, 37,846,413 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the
capital of the Company ('the Bonus Shares') have been admitted to trading on
the Alternative Investment Market of London Stock Exchange plc ('AIM') with
immediate effect.
In addition, 195,122 new ordinary shares of 10p each relating to the placing
announced subsequent to the EGM on 2 October 2001 ('the Placing') have been
admitted to trading on AIM with immediate effect, to which 585,366 of the
Bonus Shares referred to above relate.
As at today's date, there are now 50,461,884 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the capital of the Company in issue.
