Exercise of Options
On 10 April 2007, employees of Transense and Raymond Lohr, Technical Director of
Transense informed the Company that they had exercised a total of 135,000
options over Transense ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('
Ordinary Shares'). Application has been made by Transense for the Ordinary
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, a market operated by London Stock
Exchange plc ('AIM').
It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, will commence on 16 April
2007.
Directors' exercise of options and dealings in Ordinary Shares
1. On 10 April 2007, Raymond Lohr, Technical Director of Transense informed
the Company that he had: (i) exercised 100,000 options over Transense
Ordinary Shares with an exercise price of 52 pence; and (ii) sold 80,000
shares in the market at 140.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the retention of 20,000 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the exercise
of these options, Dr Lohr now holds 20,000 Ordinary Shares (approximately
0.04% of the issued ordinary share capital).
2. On 10 April 2007, Howard Pearl, Finance Director of Transense informed
the Company that he had sold 7,000 Ordinary Shares at 141.0 pence per
Ordinary Share and his spouse had purchased 7,000 Ordinary Shares at 141.5
pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale and purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr Pearl now holds a
beneficial interest in 222,400 Ordinary Shares (approximately 0.4% of the
issued ordinary share capital).
