Michelin and Honeywell announcement

Transense Technologies plc ('Transense' or 'the Company') notes the recent
announcement by Michelin and Honeywell of a three year agreement to service and
support the Michelin eTire System, an electronic tyre monitoring system designed
to provide truck fleet managers with tyre pressure and tracking information.

Under this agreement Honeywell will handle the installation of the system and
also provide customer service and support for current and new customers using
the eTire System.

It is anticipated that this agreement will lead to the launch of the Company's
in-tyre SAW sensors later this year, however the sensors initially used in the
eTire system will not be Transense's market leading SAW sensors.
