Results of General Meeting
Transense Technologies plc (AIM: TRT) ("Transense", the "Company" or the "Group") the AIM listed technology company that develops sensor systems for the automotive and industrial markets, announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were passed.
Further to the announcement of 29 June 2012, application has been made for the 5,559,496 ordinary shares (the "Second Placing Shares") to be admitted to AIM and this is expected to occur on 2 August 2012.
Following the admission to trading of the Second Placing Shares, the Company will have an issued share capital of 195,207,439 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each.
