Completion of the Sale of Buck and Hickman for £27.6 million

Travis Perkins plc is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of the business and assets of Buck and Hickman to Brammer plc for a total cash consideration of £27.6 million, on a debt-free, cash-free basis. The acquisition was originally announced by the Company on 2 September 2011.
