Notification of Director/PDMR Shareholding
In common with all eligible employees, each of the executive directors and
members of the Company's Executive Committee have, since April 2007 been able to
participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership
Shares. Partnership Shares are Travis Perkins shares which can be purchased by
using deductions from the employees pre-tax salary either monthly or by an
annual lump sum. On the 4 April 2008 the following were awarded Partnership
shares at a price of 1061p:-
