Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') was notified today that Mr Robert Walker Chairman  of the Company today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of  994.747747 per share

As a result, Mr Walker now has a beneficial interest in 80,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital.
