Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") has been notified that Paul Kavanagh, the husband of Carol Kavanagh, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, sold on the 12 October 3400 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 8.625p per share. As a result, Mrs Kavanagh now has a beneficial interest in 31,349 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital.
