Director/PDMR Shareholding

Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was notified today that Arthur Davidson, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, sold on 21^st December, 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1019.5p.

As a result, Mr Davidson now has a beneficial interest in 39,220 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
