Notification of Interests
Travis Perkins PLC (the 'Company') today received notification pursuant to
Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended by the Companies Act 1989) that,
following aggregation of the funds of Hill Samuel Asset Management Ltd and the
funds of Scottish Widows Investment Management Ltd, the combined asset
management operation,to be named Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd,
is interested in 7,246,205 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company. Of
this interest, 4,320,154 ordinary shares are material interests.
These material interests represent 3.901% of the total ordinary shares in
issue as at today's date.
