Notice of Release of Annual Report

Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 December 2011 ('Preliminary Announcement') on 22 February 2012.

Further to the Preliminary Announcement, the Company can now confirm that the Annual Report and Accounts 2011 ('Report and Accounts') will be posted out to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy on 20 April 2012. Alternatively, the Report and Accounts will be available from the Company Secretary, Travis Perkins plc, Lodge Way House, Harlestone Road, Northampton NN5 7UG or through the internet on our website at www.travisperkinsplc.com from 20 April 2012.
