The Board of the Company was notified, today, of the exercise and sale, of nil cost options under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan, Deferred Share Bonus Plan and Share Matching Scheme over the number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") by the persons set out below:
