Travis Perkins PLC : Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of the Company was notified, today of the exercise and sale, by Paul Tallentire (PDMR) of nil cost options under the Travis Perkins Share Matching Scheme  over the number of 5,994 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") at a price of 1794.5356p.

The purpose of the sale is for Mr Tallentire to reinvest the monies into the forthcoming Co Investmernt Scheme.

As a result of this exercise and sale, Mr Tallentire has the beneficial interest of 16,461 shares which represents <0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
