Change to Board of Directors

Treatt plc regrets to announce that its Finance Director, Stephen Ashton will
be leaving the company by the end of October to take up the position of
Finance Director of Marks & Spencer Ventures. The Board would like to take
this opportunity to thank Stephen for his significant input to the recent
development of the company and wish him well in his new appointment. A
successor is currently being identified.
