Director Change

Treatt announces Hugo Bovill to step down as Managing Director

Treatt PLC ("Treatt") announces that discussions commenced today with Hugo Bovill, Managing Director, with a view to him stepping down from the Board and leaving the business.

An interim structure has been put in place under which Daemmon Reeve, Executive Director of Treatt PLC and CEO of Treatt USA, will assume the responsibilities of Managing Director.

The Board confirms that trading in respect of the year ending 30^th September 2012 remains in line with their expectations, but this does not take into account any compensation that may fall to be paid to Mr Bovill for loss of office.
