Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them

In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified on 13 January 2021 that, on this day, Richard Hope, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 180,968 ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company to his partner, Tracey Smith, a person closely associated with him, for nil consideration. The transferred shares will continue to be held in HSDL Nominees Ltd.

This transaction does not change the beneficial holding Richard Hope has in the Company.
