Treatt Plc's capital consists of 10,481,034 ordinary shares with voting rights. During the month of October 2009 the number of shares held in a Trust under which voting rights are waived reduced by 783 to 287,653.

Therefore the total number of voting tights in Treatt Plc is 10,193,381
