Further to the announcement on 18 May 2018, the Company announces that subject to the share consolidation resolution being passed at the Company's AGM on 12 June 2018, admission of the new ordinary shares of 5 pence each will be effective from 8:00am on 13 June 2018 with ISIN of GB00BGDLPW84 and SEDOL of BGDLPW8.
