Tri-Star Resources plc
("Tri-Star Resources" or the "Company")
Launch of
Antimony World website
Tri-Star (AIM: TSTR), the integrated antimony exploration and development company, announces that it has developed a new sector focused website: "Antimony World"
Antimony World has been compiled by Tri-Star, as a guide to global occurrences of antimony. As antimony is associated with large volcanic belts which form a large part of the earth's surface, antimony occurrence is common despite its reportedly low crustal abundance. In addition there are numerous gold or other mineral projects with which antimony is associated
Currently Antimony World has identified over 300 antimony occurrences worldwide and includes detailed property name, commodity type and location of over 125 antimony deposits worldwide. Antimony World will to evolve as new data and research becomes available.
Commenting on the launch of Antimony World, Emin Eyi, Managing Director of Tri-Star, said:
"The near three fold increase in antimony metal prices since 2009 has kick started the search for this critical metal. It is our aim to support the revival by providing a platform for information and research resources to those in the community committed to developing the next generation of antimony projects around the world."
