Oman Antimony Roaster - Update
Tri-Star is pleased to announce that Strategic & Precious Metals Processing LLC ("SPMP") has entered into an EPCM Services Agreement for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management for its Oman Antimony Roaster project, located in the Port of Sohar Oman, with WorleyParsons Oman.
The text of SPMP's announcement of the award continues as follows:
"The planned schedule of work is for 18 months. Commissioning of the world's first major antimony roaster outside of China in decades, designed to modern environmental standards, is due for September 2017.
This is a significant milestone for SPMP and its partners.
We all look forward to working with the WorleyParsons team in delivering this important facility for the world antimony market and also adding to the development of the minerals processing industry in Oman."
