                             Director Shareholding

Ian Haynes, an excutive director of Triad Group Plc, has notified the Company
that he has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company. Following this
notification Mr Haynes is interested in 305,000 shares, representing 2.01% of
the issued share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at the
following prices: 25,000 at 39.0p per share and 25,000 at 41.0p per share.

The shares have been purchased through Mr Haynes' SIPP. The registered holder of
the shares is W H Ireland Fitel Nominees Limited.
