                TRIAD GROUP PLC ('the Company')
                         
On  5  November 1999 the Company granted to recently appointed
directors share options over 450,000 shares of 1p each,  under
the  Triad  Group  Plc Share Option Scheme.  The  options  are
exercisable between 5 November 2002 and 5 November 2009.

Timothy  Harris  was granted options over  250,000  shares  at
£3.15  per  share.  Ian Hayes was granted options over  10,084
shares  at  £2.975 per share and 189,916 shares at  £3.15  per
share.
