Triad Group Plc (the 'Company' or 'Triad')
Release and Grant of Options to Directors under the Triad
Group Plc Share Option Scheme
The Company was informed on 7 July 2000 that Ian Haynes, an
executive director, released options over 200,000 1p
ordinary shares. The options were granted on 5 November
1999 with the following prices, 10,084 at £2.975 per share
and 189,916 at £3.150 per share.
The Company was informed on 8 July 2000 that Tim Harris,
also an executive director, released options over 250,000 1p
ordinary shares on 8 July 2000. These options were granted
on 5 November 1999 at £3.150 per share.
The Company also announces that on 10 July 2000, Ian Haynes,
was granted options over 200,000 1p ordinary shares. The
options were granted with the following prices, 14,457 at
£2.075 per share and 185,543 at £2.10 per share.
At the same time, Tim Harris was granted options over
250,000 1p ordinary shares. The options were granted with
the following prices, 9,639 at £2.075 per share and 240,361
at £2.10 per share.
After the above events Ian Haynes had 200,000 options
outstanding and Tim Harris 276,820.
